Iron Horse Farm - A Country Retreat Set Amidst Natural Beauty

Jimmy Winemiller is based in Memphis, Tennessee, and currently serves as a commercial real estate agent and entrepreneur who has facilitated the acquisition and development of numerous multi-million dollar projects across the Southeast. He has also served as owner and developer of several agricultural enterprises, and a breeder of thoroughbred horses. Jimmy Winemiller and his wife previously devoted 15 years to managing their property at Iron Horse Farm.

Iron Horse Farm, located in Perryville, Arkansas, was under the Winemillers’ direction from 1997 to 2012. Today, the farm continues to be a prime example of relaxed country living on a working ranch property. Set in the Ouachita National Forest amidst a series of lakes stocked with fish and surrounded by the Fourche LaFave River, the property offers large sections of pasture, timber lands, and ranch lands totaling more than 500 acres. The area is also home to deer and a variety of game birds.

Buildings on the Iron Horse Farm property include the main residence atop a knoll overlooking the rest of the property, as well as a guest house, office, stables, barns, and a clinic for the ranch’s animals. The farm also includes a race track that serves multiple functions. Trails and paved roads facilitate riding and travel from one part of the ranch to another.

The Ouachita National Forest offers extensive opportunities to enjoy stunning mountain views, as well as various activities, such as camping, hiking, and riding.
