The plans require the demolition of existing structures, which will include 105 houses. 

The redevelopment project represents one of Satellite Beach’s largest developments in years, according to city manager Courtney Barker. Officials supporting the project expect it to produce a substantial sum in ad valorem taxes and contribute millions of dollars in economic impact to the seaside community.
