Jimmy Winemiller’s developments in Florida include The Enclave at Lake Washington, a Melbourne single-family subdivision currently in progress.
The site is located on the north side of The Reserve at Lake Washington and consists of 103 half-acre homesites. Upon completion, the gated community will feature sidewalks, street lights, pavered driveways, and side-loaded garages. Residents will also enjoy preserve and lakeside views surrounded by mature oak trees.
With all the positives driving Melbourne market, it still remains a relative bargain when compared to similar coastal markets in Florida. In general, Florida is expected to grow by 350,000 people a year for the next 20 years. Attractive Features of The Enclave at Satellite Beach

Thanks to this ordinance, plans are underway for a 160-room hotel which may benefit from being one of the area’s only land parcels to fall under the older, greater height limit of 85 feet.
The Enclave may be particularly attractive to Brevard County families, as the development will stand as the only new single family home location between the Pineda Causeway and Ocean Avenue in Melbourne Beach, a 13-mile stretch of highly desirable, ocean view property.
