A real estate professional in Arkansas, Jimmy Winemiller has
played an instrumental role in several major real estate transactions.
After several years of success buying and selling farmland, Jimmy
Winemiller teamed up with a Florida-based company to expand into other
market segments. In 2013, he was the agent for the sale of Crossville
Outlet Center in Tennessee from Blue Lake Farm, Inc. to its current
owner, Jesse Wright.
Built in 1998, Crossville Outlet Center
underwent expansion in 1994 and 1997. Today, the center includes a more
than 150,000-square-foot building located on an 11.82-acre site.
Strategically situated between Knoxville and Nashville, Crossville
Outlet Center is a popular shopping destination in Tennessee. The center
features more than 30 outlets that offer brand-name merchandise at
affordable prices to men, women, and children.

The Triple Crown of Thoroughbred Racing
Jimmy Winemiller, an experienced business leader in the farming
industry for more than 55 years, has bred and raised thoroughbred racing
horses since 1997. Along with his wife, Jimmy Winemiller has owned over
100 thoroughbreds.
In 2008, after selling his horse farm, Jimmy Winemiller hired bloodstock agent, J David York Smith to cull his herd and purchase new stock. Jimmy Winemiller now owns four mares and their offspring. He plans to purchase fillies in the fall at Keeneland.
Currently Jimmy Winemiller has three two year olds in training in Hot Springs, Arkansas. They are by Quiet American, Regal Ransom and Storm and a Half. The Winemiller's plan to run them this fall at The Fairgrounds in New Orleans then at Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs.
